Office Administrator
Location: Dartford (onsite)

Rate: 125/day
Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating the collection and delivery of mobile phones across a user base of (Apply online only) individuals. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Collections and Deliveries: Contacting users to arrange convenient times for mobile phone collections and deliveries via phone and email.
- User Management: Maintaining and updating accurate records of user interactions and schedules using Microsoft Excel.
- Communication: Responding promptly to user inquiries via email (Outlook) and phone to ensure a seamless process.
- Coordination: Liaising with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate pickups and drop-offs.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing any scheduling conflicts or user concerns professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email communications.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to users and engaging with diverse individuals.
- A friendly and customer-focused approach to dealing with users.
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or logistics coordination is an advantage.
