Are you a Design Engineer who is proficient in SolidWorks looking for a varied and autonomous role where you will work closely with industry experts as you continue to progress and develop?
This company, established in 1961 have since seen steady growth now with over 25 employees. They specialize in sheet metal fabrication, working with a diverse portfolio of clients including high end residential homes, hotels, museums to industrial and scientific works. Due to their continued development they are looking to add a Design Engineer to their tight-knit team.
In this role you will be office based, producing 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks for a range of projects, including sheet metal components. You will liaise with other members of the design team and on-site engineers to produce drawings for laser cuttings, as well as conduct occasional site visits to see your designs come to life. You will have a varied work life with no two projects looking the same, and the opportunity to continue to develop your skillset and knowledge base.
This role would suit a Design Engineer who is proficient in SolidWorks looking for a varied and autonomous role within a company who are dedicated to ensuring their employees continued development.
The Role:
- Produce 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Design for sheet metal components.
- Monday - Friday with flexible working hours.

- Design Engineer proficient in SolidWorks.
- Commutable to Dartford.
