Renowned, South East based LEV / Clean Air company are looking to take on a BOHS P601 qualified LEV Engineer, due to gaining new contracts. They hold a national presence and are a trusted provider of LEV management services across predominantly Manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for carrying out LEV testing, servicing and repairs, installing, servicing, and testing on dust / fume extraction systems and carrying out class 1-3 fume cupboard examinations in line with HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines. Successful candidate will have good access to the M25 and surrounding areas: Maidstone, Tonbridge, Royal Tonbridge Wells, Ashford, Canterbury, Gillingham, Chatham, Rainham, Orpington, Gravesend, Southend-on-Sea, Basildon, Brentwood, Maldon, Chelmsford, Cheshunt, Harlow, Braintree, Saffron Walden, Bishop's Stortford, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Peterborough.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P601 is essential to the role.
" Experience working as a qualified LEV Engineer for a reputable LEV / Clean Air company.
" Well versed in HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines.
" Excellent IT skills.
" Will be able to liaise with clients / colleagues efficiently.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed timeline.
The Role:
" Attending site and carrying out Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) testing alongside validations and maintenance work.
" Carrying out installations, servicing, and testing on dust / fume extraction systems.
" Efficiently servicing and repairing all aspects of LEV systems.
" Carrying out emissions testing.
" Carrying out class 1-3 fume cupboard examinations.
" Reviewing and approving assessments.
" Carrying out site visits in line with client needs, providing excellent support and technical advice.
" Ensuring work carried out adheres to HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines.
" Continuously upselling company service to new and existing clients.
