We are working with a professional and nationally recognised Asbestos Consultancy who are now seeking to expand their team in the South East of England. They are now looking to take on a skilled and qualified Asbestos Site Analyst. You will be covering a mixed portfolio of sites, undertaking the full range of analytical services in line with HSG 248 guidelines and company / client requirements. For the successful candidate, our client can offer training into further Pcert qualifications, cross training into other environmental sectors, excellent holiday allowance, competitive salary, and enrolment onto company pension scheme.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Gravesend, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Royal Tonbridge Wells, Croydon, Epsom, Reigate, Horsham, Haslemere, Southend-on-Sea, Basildon, Brentwood, Rainham, Orpington.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P403 / P404 is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working hands on for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Excellent practical knowledge of HSG 248 guidelines.
" Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce reports.
" Excellent communication skills.
The Role:
" Working in line with HSG 248 guidelines to carry out leak, smoke, background, re-occupation and personal air testing.
" Carrying out 4 stage clearances.
" Undertaking visual re-inspections.
" Providing clients with certificates of re-occupation.
" Producing site specific reports using industry relevant systems.
