Salary: Basic up to £25,000, with financial guarantees inclusive of car allowance equating to £31,000 for the first 5 months. OTE: £45,000 in Year 1, rising to £75,000+ thereafter.

Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker, your duties will include:
- Learning and understanding the mortgage market, lender products, and industry regulations.
- Conducting initial consultations with clients to assess their financial situation and goals.
- Recommending suitable mortgage products tailored to clients’ needs.
- Preparing and submitting detailed mortgage applications to lenders.
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure smooth application processes.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Actively participating in training programs and workshops to enhance your knowledge.
- Growing your client base through referrals and networking.
What You Bring to the Table
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) - essential for the role.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a financial or customer service role.
- A clean credit history and full UK driving licence.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs effectively.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for learning.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
