We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Income Recovery Officer to join a specialist team based in Southeast London maximising income from customers.
Main duties are to to manage rent accounts and other housing related debts, negotiate repayment agreements with tenants and take corrective action where such agreements are not maintained.
The successful applicant will refer residents to welfare benefit and debt support services and make regular and early contact with all residents in arrears.
You will need to have experience of preparing and submitting cases to the County Court for Possession Hearings and attend court hearings as required.
A vehicle and license are required for this role.
This role is offered on a perm basis and there is an immediate start for the right applicant.
