Kolt Recruitment is seeking a talented Workshop Controller for an independent Accident Repair Centre.
The role involves ensuring high-quality attention for all vehicles, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and organizing the Bodyshop's workflow.
Candidates should have previous experience in a leadership position within an accident repair center and possess relevant qualifications such as ATA, NVQ, or City & Guilds.
The position requires a motivated individual who can ensure tools and equipment are maintained and job cards are completed correctly.
The salary for this role is competitive, and a minimum of 3 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

Ensure all vehicles entering the site for repair receive the highest level of attention.
Maintain relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers
Organise the Bodyshop by controlling job start and finishing times and to be always aware of the status of each job.
Make sure all the Bodyshop tools and equipment are in good working order.
All job cards are completed correctly and be ultimately responsible for shop floor discipline.
Motivate the team.

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience of working in a accident repair center in a leadership position
ATA / NVQ or City & Guilds qualification within accident and repairs
