Are you ready to share your knowledge with Home Managers and support them in delivering care excellence? As a Regional Support Manager, you will form part of the Operational Leadership team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care across multiple locations.

Successful candidate will:
1. Provide guidance and mentorship to Home Managers, helping them achieve operational excellence.
2. Oversee compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring all homes meet and exceed expectations.
3. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance care quality.
4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards.
5. Develop and deliver training programmes to upskill staff.
6. Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic initiatives and improvements.
