A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, rapidly expanding business as a B2B Telesales Executive / Business Development Candidate to work within a team. If you have experience within the financial services sector this would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided within the sector.

If so we are looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team based in Dartford.

Key Responsibilities

- Building your own client Database (after training) - outbound calling to clients- Building rapport over the telephone with potential clients and affiliates- Managing CRM to ensure follow up calls and maintain a strong client relationship ethic- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Work towards a range of pre discussed targets with your line manager including calls, sales and conversions

The Requirements

- Confident Telephone manner - with B2B telesales experience- Passion and Enthusiasm to succeed- Looking for a career in sales and long term career prospects with potential overseas travel- Experience of working in a target driven environment- Good Organisational Skills- Conversant in Microsoft office packages- Telesales experience
