Evergreen Care UK is a thriving Christian charity supporting older people facing loneliness and isolation. We are seeking an inspirational Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide our charity into an exciting new chapter of growth, innovation, and community impact.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a respected charity, overseeing a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, while ensuring our services continue to transform lives.

Key Responsibilities
As CEO, you will:
  • Lead the charitys strategic growth setting a long-term vision to expand our impact.
  • Inspire and develop teams empowering staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional care and services.
  • Build partnerships and networks engaging with funders, stakeholders, and local churches to strengthen support.
  • Ensure financial sustainability overseeing fundraising, budget management, and financial planning.
  • Maintain governance and compliance ensuring high standards of safeguarding, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Raise the charitys profile leading media, marketing, and community outreach efforts.

  • Proven leadership experience Strong background in strategic planning and organisational leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Financial and operational expertise Experience managing budgets, fundraising, and resources.
  • Sector experience Knowledge of the charity, adult social care, or community sectors is highly desirable.
