Business Development Manager

My client is looking for someone to explore the market to find new customers and to win new maintenance contracts. In addition, maintain and grow relationships and opportunities with their existing customers. They are looking for someone with a proven sales track record of selling quality M&E maintenance both mobile and static to the following:

  • Managing Agents - commercial properties
  • Multisite Landlords - commercial properties
  • Commercial office/property
  • Private education/higher education
  • Block Management companies - landlords residential

You must also have a proven record of growing sales within a business, a proven record of contract retention, must have experience of CRM systems.
