- Ensuring the home meets Ofsted standards and maintaining professional relationships with inspectors.
- Conducting handovers and assigning tasks to staff, ensuring completion.
- Quality checking records on Liberi and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Managing incidents and ensuring timely reporting.
- Proven experience in a children’s home or similar care setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted guidelines.
- Leadership skills to manage and support your team effectively.
- Ability to respond to safeguarding concerns and manage incidents.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
