My client is seeking a Traffic Marshall to join theirnewly started residentialproject in Dartford.The successful Traffic Marshall must hold a valid CPCS or Banksman ticket and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic on and off the construction site.
Traffic Marshall Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Inspection:Check each lorry to ensure it is clean and free of stone and mud before it leaves the site.
- Traffic Management:Direct and manage the flow of vehicles entering and leaving the site to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Escort Duties:Escort vehicles and people in and out of the site as needed, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Communication:Coordinate with site management and other team members to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel and visitors.
Traffic Marshall Requirements:
- Traffic Marshall Ticket or CPCS Plant and vehicle Marshaller A73
- Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall on a construction site.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Traffic Marshall Package:
- 16 - 18 p/hour
- Long term work
