Electrical Project Manager needed in Dartford, South East London close to Chatham, Gravesend, Southend on Sea, Bromley, Romford and Basildon.

Duties

• Predominantly office based but, expected to do site visits when needed.
• Managing project budgets, scheduling, supervising electrical staff and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety.
• Managing all aspects of the electrical install.
• Working alongside the Mechanical PM to ensure all installations is completed to a high standard in line with clients expectations.
• Visiting Commercial sites in (but not limited to) London Area.

The successful Electrical Project Manager will have the following

• Extensive experience as an M&E project manager.
• Electrical Qualifications.
• HNC or equivalent.
• To be able to attend site when needed.
• Commutable distance from Kent.
• Experience on Industrial sites.

Salary- Salary is flexible depending on experience. 60k-80K

Start date- ASAP

Length- PERM or CONTRACT
