Duties
- Painting
- Decorating
- Plastering
- Replacing doors / handles / locks
- Tap temperature readings
- Replacing lamps
- Basic plumbing
- Emergency light testing
- Carpentry - repairing skirting, doors, furniture assembly
- Minor electrical work - replacing sockets, changing plugs
- changing filters on AC units
- Assisting/shadowing M&E engineers with larger works
Requirements
- Motivated, career driven and desire to learn more skills
- Ciity & Guilds in any trade (desirable, though not essential)
- Live within daily commute of Dartford
- Full unrestricted right to work in the UK
