Duties

  • Painting
  • Decorating
  • Plastering
  • Replacing doors / handles / locks
  • Tap temperature readings
  • Replacing lamps
  • Basic plumbing
  • Emergency light testing
  • Carpentry - repairing skirting, doors, furniture assembly
  • Minor electrical work - replacing sockets, changing plugs
  • changing filters on AC units
  • Assisting/shadowing M&E engineers with larger works

Requirements

  • Motivated, career driven and desire to learn more skills
  • Ciity & Guilds in any trade (desirable, though not essential)
  • Live within daily commute of Dartford
  • Full unrestricted right to work in the UK
