- Safety Leadership: Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
- People Management: Lead a large team, optimising productivity and ensuring high-quality work.
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage a comprehensive programme of inspections, maintenance, and projects.
- Project Execution: Oversee scheduling and delivery, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard.
- Budget Control: Monitor financial performance, implementing cost-saving measures where needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Resource Allocation: Work within a matrix organisation to effectively coordinate resources.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulations and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Proven experience in maintenance, project delivery, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a matrix organisation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field OR substantial industry experience.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
