Are you seeking an exciting and rewarding Business Development opportunity with one of Kent’s most favoured places to work?

Based in Crossways, Dartford. The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis where the office hours are 8.30 to 5.30 - Monday to Friday. This is a 100% office based role (not hybrid / remote).

On offer is a rare opportunity is perfect for a person who enjoys making 30 to 50 outbound Business to Business calls (per day) to fact find and generate future business opportunities.

If you’re used to working a desk bound sales role within an industry such as recruitment, finance, telecoms, insurance, events, or similar - and you are seeking a change, then this opportunity is definitely worth a closer look!

What’s required?

  • Previous Business to Business Sales, or Business Development experience
  • Great interpersonal and IT skills
  • Experience and the confidence to make 30 to 50 outbound calls per day
  • A strong customer focus with the proven ability to build strong working relationships
  • Confidence in speaking with business decision makers
  • An intelligent vocabulary, with a clear speaking voice
  • A confident personality - looking to thrive in a positive working culture
