Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Manufacturing: Produce components to customer specifications, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Interpret and understand engineering drawings, with a strong grasp of geometric dimensions and tolerances.
- CNC Programming: Create, load, examine, and modify CNC programmes, utilising your expertise to optimise production processes.
- Inspection Operations: Perform in-process inspections, using a wide variety of measuring equipment to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team or independently, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong organisational skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with MAPPS/CAPS is advantageous but not essential.
- Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes with driven tooling.
- A safety-conscious approach, adhering to relevant company policies and procedures.
