Mane are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their client an M&E Contractor.
You will be workign on phramaceutical projects managing Electrical Installation of AC and Ventiallation systems. You will be required to have a driving licence.
Experience and Skills Required:
Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience managing multi-disciplined Electrical services and installations, ideally in the commercial sector. Responsibilities include:
- Project programming
- Preparing and managing technical submittals
- Procurement of materials and services
- Sub-contractor and labor management
- Cost control and budget tracking
- Progress reporting to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Overseeing project and program implementation
- Interpreting and working from design and technical drawings
- Conducting technical and progress meetings
- Regular site inspections and snagging
- Compiling and delivering O&M manuals
