Mechanical & Electical Projects Administrator
A leading Facilities Management contractor specialising in full HVAC M&E projects and maintenance contracts, are looking for a driven projects administrator to join the team, based in Dartford supporting the Project Managers with financial, administrative, coordination and quality assurance support. Paid up to 32K with the opportunity to progress into Project Management if this is of interest.
* M&E Projects Administrator will be based in an office near Dartford working within a friendly dynamic team
* M&E Projects Administrator will be performing a wide variety of administrative and financial duties and producing reports for monthly status updates
* M&E Projects Administrator will be carrying out finance reporting for P&L reviews, forecasting, debt, WIP and OPO's
* M&E Projects Administrator will be raising Subcontractor Purchase orders, and sales invoices
* M&E Projects Administrator will be updating and developing documentation such as H&S and CDM files
* M&E Projects Administrator will provide general administrative support to the Head of Projects and Senior Project Managers
* M&E Projects Administrator will be paid up to 32,000 basic + package
To be successful as the Mechanical & Electrical Projects Administrator
* M&E Projects Administrator will be experienced in working within a project coordinator role previously
* M&E Projects Administrator will be experienced in M&E, HVAC, or Facilities Maintenance administration
* M&E Projects Administrator will live in commuting distance to Dartford
* M&E Projects Administrator will have a can-do attitude with drive to progress their career within the business
* M&E Projects Administrator with concept experience and finance experience would be of great benefit
Mechanical & Electrical Projects Administrator will be paid up to 32,000 basic + package.
