- Conducting over-the-phone site surveys to ensure projects are ready for specialist equipment
- Preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
- Assigning the right engineers to jobs and managing project logistics
- Handling customer calls, troubleshooting issues with delivered equipment (damaged, incorrect, non-working)
- Checking picking lists to ensure the correct equipment is listed
- Working with Monday.com (or similar project management tools)
- 2 years or more Project experience
- Site/construction experience – ideally with electrical knowledge
- Strong Health & Safety understanding, including RAMS (IOSH or NEBOSH or equivalent)
- Confident communicator – comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Organised, process-driven, and keen to learn specialist equipment
- Ability to transition from a site-based role to an office environment
- Experienced with Project Management software i.e. Monday.com or similar
- CSCS card (highly desirable)
- Hands-on training – start in the field before moving to an office-based role
