- Carrying out remote assessments to confirm job sites are prepared for the installation of specialist systems
- Drafting and checking Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Allocating tasks to appropriate field engineers and overseeing operational scheduling
- Responding to customer enquiries, resolving problems such as damaged, faulty, or incorrect equipment deliveries
- Verifying item lists to ensure all necessary kit is included
- Using Monday.com or a comparable project tracking system
- At least two years working on or supporting project delivery
- Site or construction knowledge – preferably with an electrical focus
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including RAMS (qualifications like IOSH or NEBOSH are beneficial)
- Strong verbal communication – confident on the phone with clients
- Highly organised, methodical, and eager to gain expertise in niche equipment
- Capable of moving from hands-on work to a structured office environment
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com or equivalent software
- Possession of a CSCS card is a strong advantage
