Are you from a construction, site, or electrical background and looking for an office-based role that still lets you use your technical expertise?We’re looking for a Project Support Coordinator to join this growing operations team in Dartford. This role would suit someone with electrical knowledge, project coordination experience, and strong communication skills.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Conducting over-the-phone site surveys to ensure projects are ready for specialist equipment
  • Preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Assigning the right engineers to jobs and managing project logistics
  • Handling customer calls, troubleshooting issues with delivered equipment (damaged, incorrect, non-working)
  • Checking picking lists to ensure the correct equipment is listed
  • Working with Monday.com (or similar project management tools)
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2 years or more Project experience
  • Site/construction experience – ideally with electrical knowledge
  • Strong Health & Safety understanding, including RAMS (IOSH or NEBOSH or equivalent)
  • Confident communicator – comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
  • Organised, process-driven, and keen to learn specialist equipment
  • Ability to transition from a site-based role to an office environment
  • Experienced with Project Management software i.e. Monday.com or similar
  • CSCS card (highly desirable)
