Our client is a leading Asbestos Removal company, with a national portfolio of clients. They are looking for a professional Asbestos Contracts Manager, to oversee of removals contracts of varying sizes, in the south east of England. The ideal candidate will be a switched-on individual, who can bring their robust industry knowledge to this busy organisation, in order to successfully oversee the successful delivery of Licensed and Non-Licensed projects. You will be reporting into the office on occasion, so you will need to be based within the below areas. They are offering attractive salaries and packages for the successful applicant.

Experience / Qualifications:
- You will have a successful record managing Licensed and Non-Licensed Asbestos Removals contracts
- Hold industry-related training and qualifications
- Excellent team management skills and able to handle contracts of varying sizes
- Good communication skills
- Strong industry knowledge and proactive to keep up-to-date with any changes
- Organised and good time keeping skills
- IT proficient and good written ability
The Role:
- Overseeing the day-to-day functioning of Licensed and Non-Licensed Asbestos Removals contracts
- Planning projects, including budgets, timescales and pricing for works
- Organising deliveries of equipment and materials
- Ensuring to work within agreed deadlines and budgets
- Managing projects from initiation to completion
- Being the first port of call for clients, in order to answer any technical queries and organise site access
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients and fostering strong working relationships
- Completing quality checks on works, to ensure compliance is maintained, as well as high standards of service
- Liaising with operatives and subcontractors to successfully deliver on projects
- Writing detailed project reports and completing site-specific documents
- Conducting toolbox talks and training
