We are recruiting for a growing National HVAC organisation who are looking for a Service Contracts Manager based in the South East to lead the organisations service department, to help grow the department, take ownership of the processes and systems which are a key component of this role.
The role requires someone with experience of managing a service department and building the service offering to their clients. Someone used to going out there and meeting clients quoting and winning new contracts or small works install projects.
This role is Hybrid and also from their Head Office, with flexibility to work from home as and when required. This role is covering various ppm and reactive HVAC maintenance contracts across the Commercial and Industrial sectors.

This would suit someone who has worked within M&E, Construction, Building Services. Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or within other applicable industries.
