Are you a Contracts Manager or similar with a background in Building Management looking to step into an ambitious company with plans to expand upon their client base by bringing on new large contracts and can provide training, a range of company benefits and performance bonuses?
On offer is the opportunity to work for a growing building services company who work with clients such as the royal college of arts, London Bridge among other big contracts. They are looking for a Contracts Manager to work closely with their field teams and clients to ensure all contract terms are met.
You will be managing the companies contracts, visiting clients all over London to ensure all work and contractual obligations are being carried out to a quality standard. You will be the key point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing solutions for any issues.
This role would suit a Contracts Manager with a background in Building Management looking to manage contracts for some of the most important institutions in London for a company that can support them with training, a host of company benefits and bonuses based on company performance.
