TecRec is seeking a Hard FM Contract Manager for a FM & Property Maintenance company managing commercial and healthcare sites in Kent, Surrey, and Essex.
The role involves overseeing a team of 20, including Service Managers, Supervisors, and Engineers, while managing a £3M P&L.
Candidates should have experience in multi-site contract management and managing a directly employed maintenance team.
The compensation package includes a salary of £55,000, a £5.5k car allowance, private medical insurance, hybrid working options, and 25 days of annual leave.

TecRec are recruiting for a Hard FM Contract Manager to join a FM & Property Maintenance company, looking after a portfolio of commercial & healthcare sites across Kent, Surrey and Essex.

You will oversee a team of 20 which includes, Service Managers, Supervisors, Mobile & Static Engineers while managing a 3M P&L.

The ideal candidate will have experience of multi site contract management and managing a directly employed maintenance team.

You will be responsible for delivering an effective hard facilities management service in line with contractual obligations and budgets.

The package on offer is;

£55,000 salary
£5.5k car allowance
