6 month fixed term contract role available for a Learning and Development Coordinator for a company in Dartford.
Key requirements of the role:
- Booking and coordination of virtual and in person training
- Reporting on compliance, attendance and budget allocation
- General comms and questions from attendees
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Liaising with facilitators and subject matter experts
- Occasional facilitations (on and off site)
- Use of software including SuccessFactors LMS, PowerBI and Excel
- Fully office based
- Immediate start preferred.
We are able to consider those with experience in a full L&D role, or who have been responsible for elements of L&D as part of a broader role such as HR or office manager/coordinator who are looking to specialise.
