Description

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensuring timely processing of invoices
  • Processing sales invoices
  • Sage entry
  • Sales and purchase ledger (including credit cards and expenses)
  • Process purchase orders
  • Process overtime, expenses and journey log sheets
  • Credit control
  • General accounts tasks
  • Transport administration
  • Various admin duties including but not limited to answering the telephones, diary bookings, report logging, filing, organising hotels and more
