Description
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Ensuring timely processing of invoices
- Processing sales invoices
- Sage entry
- Sales and purchase ledger (including credit cards and expenses)
- Process purchase orders
- Process overtime, expenses and journey log sheets
- Credit control
- General accounts tasks
- Transport administration
- Various admin duties including but not limited to answering the telephones, diary bookings, report logging, filing, organising hotels and more
