The Duties:
The purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for internal and external customers for the reporting of repairs. The role will involve;
- Answer phone calls from residents and clients in the housing and healthcare facilities
- Raising repair requests, ensuring that all relevant information is logged accurately on the in-house reporting system (Planet FM)
- Providing updates on jobs
- Ensure that any update notes are added to all jobs with sufficient detail, and that they are fully up to date and accurate;
- Actively monitor the communal email folders for repairs reported and action where appropriate within the given Service Level Agreement (SLA);
- This role is predominantly telephone based and will involve the logging of jobs in the system.
Working in a contact centre environment for a maintenance contractor or housing association would be good to see.
