Our client based in Dartford is looking to recruit temporary Customer Planners to join them commencing work immediately ongoing (initially for up to six months) with the possibility of temporary to permanent employment.

The hours of work will initially be 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The hourly payrate will be £11.44 per hour.

You will be there for every customer, offering support, help and guidance, and dealing with our customer’s query in a friendly empathetic way to find the quickest solution you can.

You’ll be the customer’s first point of contact dealing with a wide range of queries from booking breakdowns and annual services to talking through products and services with new customers and everything in-between.

You’ll have to think on your feet to find solutions to a wide range of customer problems. It’s a fast-paced demanding role dealing with often vulnerable customers, the client is looking for staff who can handle the pressure and still give the amazing service the customers deserve.

The client require staff who will embrace and are excited by change, staff who know their way around a computer, quick learners with a high degree of speed and accuracy.

  • Communications: Able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external staff, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Customer focus: Able to put the customer at the centre of all activities.
  • Contribute to team success: Place the team ahead of the individual and work effectively as a collaborative partner within the group.
  • Quality Orientation: Ensure that all processes are adhered to.
  • Managing work and time utilisation: Effective management of own routine tasks and activities and ensure time is used effectively.
