Here at Contract Personnel, we are recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established, market leading machinery supplier. As a successful candidate, you will be required to work as part of well trained and experienced team, based at our client’s Kent branch.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be expected to ensure maintenance and repair are carried out on machinery sold by our client, within the allocated region.
Essential Skills & Experience:
-         Strong communication skills – liaising with customers and colleagues in a professional, polite manner
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Competent with raising invoices and completing job cards
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assisting customers with the loading and unloading of machinery
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proficient with Microsoft packages and general PC skills
-         Ability to communicate with a diverse level of people – varied business levels
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain client confidentiality
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Must have a flexible and approachable manner to all tasks in hand
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Self-motivated, confident and ability to show initiative
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Cash handling
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintaining a presentable appearance
Additional Information:
Contract – Permanent, full time OR part time, salaried
Location – KentÂ
Hours – 42.5 hours per week, between Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 17.30pm
1 hour unpaid lunch each day
