Key Education Recruitment Limited is working with a primary school in the heart of Dartford who’s looking for a teaching assistant to join their Reception Class / EYFS Team.

This is a full-time role, and the successful candidate will be employed on a long-term basis working 5 days per week.

The schools friendly SENCO is looking to arrange paid trial days with interested candidates for as soon as possible.

The School / Role:

  • Mainstream primary school in a lovely part of Dartford (DA1 postcode)
  • Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
  • Start date: As soon as possible (September 2024)
  • Working in Reception class / Early Years
  • Pay rate: £90 - £105 per day, weekly pay
  • Mixture of general teaching assistance duties and 1:1 SEND support (mild SEND)
  • Working with an experienced and welcoming class teacher

Requirements:

  • Must have an enhanced DBS certificate (as the role starts very soon)
  • Prior experience working in schools / in education is a huge plus
  • Experience working with SEND children (in any environment) is a huge plus
  • Must be able to work 5 days per week
