Sonic Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join a dynamic team with a focus on residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience and possess a valid JIB Gold card, along with relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
The salary for this position ranges from £40,000 to £45,000, depending on experience, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our client and to become part of a dynamic and growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems, with a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems and components while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and wiring.
Inspect electrical components, such as circuit breakers and transformers.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Ensure all installations and repairs meet local electrical codes and safety standards.
Work closely with customers and address their electrical needs and provide professional service.
Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
Provide accurate documentation of work performed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an electrician (minimum 5 years).
Valid JIB Gold card
SSSTS / SMSTS
Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671:2018 (18th Edition)
NVQ3 & AM2
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, safety codes, and best practices.
Full UK driving licence, own vehicle
Own tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (including 1 hour break)

Salary: 40k to 45k - depending on experience
