Customer Returns Co-Ordinator - Dartford
Have you got previous experience as a Customer Returns Co-Ordinator? This role involves inspecting returned goods, working closely with Customer Services, Warranty, and Warehouse teams, and supporting both internal and external customers!

As a Customer Returns Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage Customer Returns efficiently and timely, ensuring performance targets are met
- Receive customer returned products and check contents against the Sales Order Return
- Verify Sales Warranty validity and liaise with Customer Services to resolve discrepancies
- Resolve discrepancies in information supplied in the Sales Order Return
- Ensure unwanted returns are processed according to procedure, performing quality control and basic investigation checks as needed
- Maintain accurate records on management system (BC) and Excel
- Report progress of returns to Warranty, Customer Services, and Accounts departments
- Manage the scrapping of returns, including warehouse management system transactions, storage, and physical handling
- Investigate complaints related to returns issues and delays, resolving them promptly
- Manage physical items in accordance with Quarantine process requirements
- Support the supervision of on-site rework events
- Collaborate with engineering, Quality, and Customer Service departments to ensure proper analysis and documentation of warranty claims
