Personal Assistant to UK Managing Director - Hybrid | Up to £35K + Benefits

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK organisation for a PA to the Managing Director. If you're highly organised, proactive, and able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, this role could be for you!

Location: Hybrid - 2 days from home, 3 days in the office

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Annual Bonus, Healthcare, EAP, and Fitness Membership Subsidy

Working Hours: Choice of 9 am - 5:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient Diary Management: Organising the Managing Director’s schedule and ensuring time is effectively used
  • Communication & Correspondence: Managing emails and post, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Travel Coordination: Booking UK and international travel for the MD and team
  • Event & Project Support: Assist with company events, team-building activities, and ad-hoc projects
  • Team Collaboration: Support the UK management team and wider group when necessary
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle expenses, mileage claims, and assist new starters with inductions

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of PA experience supporting senior management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities, especially under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, with a can-do attitude and willingness to work beyond normal hours when needed
