  • Maintaining effective credit control policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Managing relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • As our Credit Control Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of 10 credit control professionals, driving efficiency and maintaining robust financial procedures.

  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the management of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving queries.
  • Handling key tasks like daily cashiering, debt recovery, credit risk reviews, and invoicing through customer portals.
  • Proactively collaborating with sales consultants and other departments to resolve issues and optimise processes.
  • Training and supporting our sales force in credit control best practices.
  • Taking ownership of process improvements and maintaining clear, documented procedures.
