A client of mine is looking for an Administrator to join their team in their Dartford office or Potters Bar office.
This is a ongoing contract offering: £14.00 per hour with the opportunity to go permanent.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 17:00pm in the office.
(Hybrid working available in the future).
Training will be for 4 weeks in their South Mimms office.
MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE.
Duties include:
- Maintaining accurate records of road space bookings using NOMS and NEMS systems.
- Input cone times and cancellations in relevant systems.
- Assist with the tracking and management of Time Scale Waivers (TSW) documentation and associated change control processes
- Monitor and maintain the Road Space inbox, answering emails and escalating queries as required.
- Assist with the processing of permits.
- Managing complaints.

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Graduate experience
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and within a fast-paced environment.
- Great organisational skills.
- Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining data.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications as well as experience with managing and maintaining data.
