We're looking for a dedicated Client Delivery Support team member to join our client based in Dartford on a 13 month FTC. The role requires a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to ensure efficient and effective support for their clients.

Description

* Be responsible for client specific operational delivery of Bureau Services such as Invoice Validation, Tenant-On-Charging and Portfolio Management.

* Ensure that all agreed client SLAs/KPIs are achieved and reported to the Client Delivery Lead.

* Communicate quickly, regularly and clearly with the client in a professional manner, on the telephone and via email.

* Manage the relationship with the client throughout the business cycle.

* Liaise with the Client Delivery Lead, Head of Operations and Account Directors / Managers about operational and client issues.

* Liaise with other members of the company to resolve any client queries quickly and efficiently.

* Support with training other team members to enhance their performance and productivity.

* Support with all client complaints/queries ensuring that the correct query resolution procedure is followed.

Profile

A successful Client Delivery Support should have:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Able to start immediately and commit to a 13 month contract
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
