A expanding FM company based on the outskirts of Dartford are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator. Ideally you would have come from a Engineering, Maintenance or Construction background and have dealt with Engineers or sub-contractors.
Duties will include:
- Using and understanding a CAFM system
- Coordinating, administrating and managing PPM works in line with the contract
- Managing the diaries of Engineer's and Sub-contractors
- Providing administration support to the Contract Manager
- Liasing with Sub-Contractors & Engineers
Skills Required:
- At least 3 years working within a similar role and environment
- Experience of using a CAFM system
- Ability to manage the diaries of Sub-Contractors and Engineers
- Experience in managing reactive and PPM works
