Premier Recruitment Group are recruiting for experienced and dedicated Conveyancing Fee Earners or Solicitors to join a prestigious conveyancing law firm with offices in Dartford and Maidstone. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
• Providing expert advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Conducting property searches and handling Land Registry applications.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
• Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor within the conveyancing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures, regulations, and documentation.
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
