They are well-established and committed to continuing to develop as an organisation for the residents they serve.Your new roleAs a Customer Service Planner, your role will be to take ownership of and identify customers' needs for both planned repair and maintenance work to be carried out. You will schedule available operatives and subcontractors to work, you will deploy operatives and monitor the completion of work, ensuring that the system is updated promptly so that both contractors and residents are kept up to date with progress.You'll deal with complex repairs and demanding customers, ensuring that issues are remedied efficiently, overseeing subcontractor progress and work with the commercial trams and operatives to ensure materials are arriving at site correctly and completed follow-ups to ensure completed works are correct.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have gained experience working in a similar role in planning or scheduling, ideally within the housing sector.
