South Coast Inns, a family-run collection of traditional inns and boutique hotels, is looking for a general management couple to join their team.

We are looking for a couple to join us who have the experience, ability and confidence to grow the business and share in the rewards so come and talk to us about how we can structure an unlimited rewards package.

The Royal Victoria and Bull Hotel is an impressive traditional coaching inn, situated in the heart of the Dartford, Kent and offering quality traditional cuisine, 27 letting rooms and a warm welcoming ambience.

As the Management team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Overall management of the venue and its team.
• Leading and motivating your team to achieve the highest standards and provide all our guests with a wonderful experience.
• Able to ensure all legal, and health and safety requirements are in place and complied with, including staff training where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering against key measures of sales, profit, guest satisfaction and business presentation
• Develop and maintain a motivated team with high standards and good morale
• Conduct regular stock control and identify areas where improvements could be made
• Ensure the property and customer experience is maintained at the highest possible levels.
