Sonic Summary

We are seeking experienced Multi Traders for property maintenance work in the Dartford area.
The position offers a rate of £20 an hour along with a company van and fuel card.
Candidates must be skilled in at least two trades, such as plumbing, carpentry, or tiling.
Experience in the social housing sector is required, along with a clean driving license.

We are currently looking for experienced skilled Muti Traders due to our property maintenance client winning additional contracts in your area. This work is all based within the social housing sector in either disrepair or tenanted social housing properties based in the Dartford area.

Job Details / Benefits:

Rate: £20 an Hour
Company van + fuel card
Hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm

Key Requirements:

Skilled in 2 or more trades, such as: Plumbing, Carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting &decorating
Social housing experience
Clean driving licence
