Pastoral and Wellbeing Mentor – Bexley 
 
A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Bexley are looking to recruit a Pastoral and Wellbeing Mentor. 

As a Pastoral and Wellbeing Mentor, you will be working across KS3, KS4 & KS5, providing support to students, ensuring a high quality holistic wellbeing service within the school environment. You will be a pivotal part of the pastoral provision and all round wellbeing of the students and community.  

As well as supporting the wellbeing of students the successful candidate will work with the behaviour and leadership team to ensure that high expectations of behaviour are met and to ensure that students consistently modelling high expectations are rewarded for their ongoing excellence.
 
The Head Teacher is looking for candidates with the following attributes for this Pastoral and Wellbeing Mentor role:

JOB DESCRIPTION – Pastoral and Wellbeing Mentor
•    Pastoral and Wellbeing Mentor
•    Working across KS3, KS4 & KS5  
•    Supporting pupils with their wellbeing & mental health
•    1:1 & group support sessions 
•    Must be able to inspire and motivate pupils 
•    Providing a listening ear for students
•    Full time and permanent contract – employed by the school
•    £30,073 - £32,081 per annum
