Looking for an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join a leading Property Services company in Dartford .

  • Schedule and plan disrepairs, voids, and complex works
  • Communicate effectively with direct operatives, subcontractors, and residents
  • Prioritise and sequence maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Ensure works-in-progress jobs are within target and appointed where practicable
  • Experience in social housing and repair and maintenance
  • Basic building maintenance knowledge
  • Strong written English and computer skills
  • Good project management and communication skills
