  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade customers.
  • A consultative approach, helping clients see the benefits of hiring equipment.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and generate interest.
  • A keen eye for spotting opportunities and an enthusiastic, resilient attitude.
  • Experience in customer engagement, outbound calling, or consultative sales (advantageous but not essential).
