Property Lister/Valuer (Lettings)

The Package

• Basic Salary: £23,000 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 2 months)

• On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £40,000

• Car Allowance: £2,500

• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Your Role

• Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our lettings clients

• Manage daily lettings processes, including morning meetings and coaching sessions

• Successfully list and value properties, helping landlords secure the best tenants at optimal prices

• Stay on top of local market trends, building a reputation as an expert in your field

• Collaborate with your team to strategize and match properties to suitable tenants
