Relocruitment is delighted to partner with one of the UK’s largest family-owned removals firms, specialising in international relocations to destinations worldwide.
They are now seeking a Removals Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Dartford.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and hardworking individual looking to expand their knowledge and experience within sales, ideally with prior exposure to the removals industry.
This is a fast-paced role within a friendly team that values a strong work ethic and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieving leads from the website and quoting and calling the customer
- Follow up with the clients to try and obtain bookings
- Answering incoming calls and actioning client request
- Targets will be in place to meet for sales per month
- After sales care. Once job booked coordinating that file and assisting client with custom queries
- Applying payments and raising invoices.
- Booking courier collections and liaising with removal operations team.
Skills:
- Good and positive attitude
- Reliable
- Good phone manner with customers
- Hard working to achieve goals and grow within the company
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience within removals is highly advantageous
