Multi Trader/Handyman/Handywoman Duties and Responsibilities
G A Harper are looking for an experienced self employed multi trader to work for us and complete property repairs and insurance reinstatement works following expansion of the Insurance Division.
Ideally someone familiar with working in residential domestic properties to carry out general repairs and maintenance around houses as required per each job.
It will be your job to carry out those repairs following a schedule of works - so having a broad range of craftsmanship and practical skills will prove useful when carrying out repairs or general maintenance on buildings.
The work covers a range which can be tiling, carpentry, plasterboard, plastering, painting and many more as required.
The role/s will cover mainly South East England and around M25
Flexibility, reliability, punctuality, and honesty are all essential attributes for the successful candidate.
